Ebru Oydağ, the founder and senior consultant of Dynafist, graduated from Istanbul University Business Administration (in English) Department in 1994 in top 3. She completed her master's degree on International Business and Finance at City University, London, with a Chevening scholarship.

She earned her ACCA license and became one of the top 10 ACCA members in Istanbul (ACCA Members Directory @ February 2016). She received ACCA IFRS Diploma in 2012.

She qualified as a fellow member (FCCA) in 2020.

 

Ebru Oydağ started her career as an audit assistant at KPMG Turkey in 1994. She worked in various accounting and finance manager positions at Procter and Gamble (P&G) Central Asia and Caucasus Region and P&G Turkey. In PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Turkey management consultancy department, she carried out management consultancy and internal audit projects for clients in various sizes, mainly on finance, accounting and process improvement. She worked as a senior manager of Costing, Strategy Development and Commercial Finance for Cadbury's Turkey and Export markets. She led due diligence, company valuation, acquisition and integration projects and many other strategic and operational projects. She also took part in strategy projects at Cadbury UK. She served as a CFO at Koramik Investment Group and Kone Elevators for 6 years leading finance, accounting, legal, supply chain, purchasing and administrative affairs functions. Throughout her career, she gave trainings on commercial strategy development and finance.

Ebru Oydağ is a doctoral candidate at Marmara University, Department of Management and Organization (in English). She also teaches Finance / Accounting / Managerial Economics / Global Management and Leadership / Business Plan courses at Marmara University.

She has academic studies published in domestic and foreign seminars and books.
